I came to Vickie after a very traumatic injury which tore the rotator
cuff in my shoulder. The trauma was so intense that I developed
rheumatoid arthritis and PTSD ( post traumatic stress syndrome) within
6 months. With more than 6 severe flashbacks every day, I could not
leave my home for over a year. Conventional medicine offered me
nothing. I tried various healing and energy techniques along with an
organic raw vegan diet to stop the symptoms and return to a normal
life, with little avail. Then I found Vickie. With my first session
the symptoms eased and I could leave my home again on my own. After
her second treatment I had no more debilitating flashbacks. It has
been over 3 years now and I am feeling stronger, better and more alive
every day. I am very grateful to Vicki and Healing Touch Therapy, for
returning my life to me.

My son Joey, who is diagnosed with mental retardation, autism and psychotic disorders, is a client of Vickie Smith. Joey started going to
Ms Smith on the recommendation of his classroom teacher about 3 years ago. He usually has 2 sessions a month. Since seeing Vickie, I have seen tremendous improvement in all areas of Joey's life. His behavior has greatly improved. His awareness of himself and others and the world around him, have all increased tremendously. He has more peacefulness about him. Other people, besides me also notice a huge change in Joey and have commented on it. They say things like, Joey is not so angry anymore, Joey is alot calmer and does less stemming behaviors, he doesn't perseverate as much, he can transition easily now, etc. I attribute all these positive changes to work Vickie has done with Joey.
Joey knows Vickie understands him on a higher level and he has a unique bond with her that he doesn't have with his teacher, or ever his brother, or family friends that see him on a regular basis. It's hard to describe, but he seems to "meld into her space". I think it is because she is one of the few people who truly "get" Joey, and also he tells me " Vickie Smith makes me feel better". I have heard Joey tell Vickie also, "Make me feel better", and she does, on all levels!!!

I have known Vickie for about two years. I was seeing a healing touch person in VA and found I was moving to Las Vegas. This person Donna said she would find me someone here in Vegas and she found Vickie. Donna set me up for my first visit with Vicki and we definitely hit it off. I have been seeing her regularly since then. It has a hard move for me to make to Vegas. Vickie has helped me with my journey here both within my body and getting a better mind set here Finding my center and opening up to new experiences, she has been most helpful. She is quite a caring person and sincerely enjoys helping people. Her work is very important to her and I am glad she is there for me.

I have been going to Vickie Smith for over ten years now. I don't go every month, just when I feel the need to. I found her intuitive care to speed me to the heart of whatever physical or mental issue is at hand. Although she affirms that it is me doing the healing work I have felt for a long time that we are a team, and her guidance is spot on. I believe that "Healing Touch" is the medical care of tomorrow, that is available to us today, through Practitioners like Vickie Smith. I go to my M.D.'s for yearly medical check-ups, but feel a lot of my preventative care comes in the form of energy work.
